Before you visit
Are these genuine Titan watches?
Yes. We are an authorised Titan retailer. Every watch comes sealed from Titan with its warranty card, which we stamp in front of you, and a GST bill.
What warranty do I get?
Titan's manufacturer warranty on the movement: 24 months on most watches, 36 months on Edge. It covers the movement, not the strap, glass or water damage. Keep the stamped card and bill.
The watch I saw online: is it in the shop?
Watches marked "In the showroom now" are on our counter. Anything else we can usually get in 3 to 5 days, and you try it before you pay.
Can I pay in instalments?
EMI is available on major credit cards. Offers change each month, so message us and we'll tell you what applies today.
Do you service watches?
Battery changes, strap swaps and sizing are done at our counter. Bigger repairs go to the Titan service centre through us. For slim Edge watches, always use us or Titan: the case is too thin for a roadside battery change.
